Meet & Greet at Paphos Airport can be arranged with transfer to accomodation and familiarisation with available facilities)	From: €35.00 between 09:00 - 21:00 €40.50 between 21:00 - 09:00 (Paphos Airport only)

* Please note: these charges relate to linen supplied by clients, who must ensure that sufficient stock is available to facilitate turnaround in one visit. If not, additional charges may apply.

These prices exclude window cleaning.

Materials
All materials are included within the charges for 'in-house' cleaning services, with the exceptions of:

General Maintenance
All types of works can be carried out ranging from decorating (interior/exterior) through to replacement windows & additional heating. Contact us as time goes on when you are confident with us as your provider of services.

Private Vehicle
Your own vehicle delivered or collected to / from Paphos Airport including valleting is available from €30.50 per time.
MOT's & vehicle taxation can also be dealt with.

Welcome Packs
These contain ample basic stock for 2 people, including tea, coffee, bread, jam, low fat spread, biscuits, bottled water, a bottle of wine, and are offered at €19.50 for each letting.

Window Cleaning
Charges start from €39.00 per visit for a small property inside & out.

Garden Maintenance
Weekly maintenance visits start from €54.00 per month - dependant on size and type of garden.

Private Pool Maintenance
From €80.00 per month
Charges for pool cleaning assume chemicals are supplied by client. If there is a requirement for Villasure to supply chemicals, an additional charge would be made for this.

Key Holding
Spare keys can be held securely for those times that people unfortunately lock themselves out or in case of other emergencies for €19.00 per month, but a call out charge may be made.

Emergency Call-Out for lost keys or Maintenance Issues
For emergency call outs or monitoring contractors, we charge from €19.00 between 09.00 - 21.00 and €25.00 between 21.00 - 09.00. In the event of clients wishing us to stay for a lengthy period whilst works are carried out, an additional charge will have been agreed prior to works commencing.

Security Visits
For security visits we can arrange a frequency to suit your requirements and is negotiated seperately. Prices can start from €15.00 for a weekly visit (details on request)
