Most of our clients choose to create their own personal package to suit. For example, some choose to have a weekly clean during occupation, along with weekly pool maintenance, some have their refrigerator stocked in preparation for visits, or their private car parked at the airport waiting for their arrival and the beds made up. Other clients may choose twice weekly cleaning, a monthly gardening visit and a weekly security check when your property is vacant. Some client's (believe it or not)! just have beds made up, a crate of Keo and a box of wine waiting for them!

One of our more popular services is our Building Progress Service (BPS). This is aimed at clients having their property built, and provides the 'Real Proof' of the actual state of the build via digital photos viewable online along with any other information requested such as meetings with the builder or architect etc. This service enables you to maintain confidence that the build is progressing as expected, and can help you decide whether your stage payment is actully due or not. Communication
Telephone contact is essential for some aspects of any business contract and is therefore available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Email & fax are however the preferred method of communication, as they offer a speedy hassle-free medium and generate a visible copy to record.

You will also receive regular updates as to the condition of your property after the departure of guests. Should there be any issues arising that require attention and incur additional costs - we will notify you and await further instructions.

Occupation Times
Whilst you or your clients / family / friends are in residence, we will not enter your property unless specified in your schedule or through a special request.
